MOUSE OF CHEESE
INGREDIENTS
1 liter of condensed cream.
8 cheeses.
500 grams of cheese Philadelphia.
4 soup spoonful of sugar.
PROCEDURE
First.- Put the cheese, mix the cheeses and condensed cream whit sugar over heat.
Next.- Remove the mixture from heat the fire, when it begins to boil.
Then.- Put the mixture in the blender and liquefy.
Next- Portion the dessert into glasses.
Afther that.- Allow to cool down in the refrigerator.
Finally.- To take out of the refrigerator.
